Your final option, is if you are dealt a pair. When this happens, you are allowed to split the pair and have a second card placed on each of the pair.
If you choose to twist and the total number that all your cards you have in your hand goes over 21 then you have bust your hand and the banker automatically wins. If you have stuck on the other hand then you force the dealer to play out their hand.
The dealer needs to keep twisting till they reach at least 17 or until they have bust themselves. At this point all your remaining hands will win if the dealer busts.
